Lots available in Memory Lakes Estates One are generally a half-acre in size. Some owners have purchased two lots contiguous to each other and made their home site an acre in size. At this point, all the vacant lots in Memory Lakes Estates One are privately owned.

Developers purchase some of these lots from time to time and build houses for sale on them. Developers are reminded that any construction projects or renovations to existing houses must be approved through the Architectural Review process. Individual homes are sometimes offered for sale and interested potential buyers should contact the listing real estate company.

Memory Lakes Estates One is conveniently located near the intersection of Seldon Road and Wasilla Fishhook Road, only 4 miles from downtown Wasilla. The extension of Seldon Road makes this location convenient to travel to Palmer or to Big Lake.
